Chipman Inn Cancellation Policy – Quick Guide
At Chipman Inn, we charge the full reservation amount upon booking. If you need to cancel, our policies are as follows:

Examples:
- Cancelling 16 days before check-in → 75% refund

- Cancelling 1 day before check-in → no refund

Guests
Your room rate includes accommodations for two. Additional guests are welcome at just $15/night each.
No Smoking or Vaping
For a fresh and enjoyable atmosphere in our family friendly inn, please refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on our 6-acre property.
Pet Policy
We do not accommodate pets of any kind—no exceptions. Not even your exceptionally quiet, hypoallergenic, 10-year-old sweetheart. This policy helps us ensure guest comfort and comply with insurance regulations.
Besides, animals don’t tend to like the inn much anyway—too many cat ghosts roaming the halls that spook them.
