FROM BURLINGTON AIRPORT:
Take Airport Drive South. Go straight across Williston Rd., at which point Airport Drive becomes Kennedy Drive. Continue on Kennedy Drive for about one mile, then turn left onto Route 116 (Hinesburg Road)…(this is not shown on the map but it roughly parallels Route 7). Continue on Route 116 for about 29 miles. South of Bristol you will come to a four-way stop intersection. Continue on Route 116 by turning left. In about 10 miles you will arrive at a stop sign and red flashing light in East Middlebury. Turn left onto Route 125 East. Drive four miles; we are on the left as you enter Ripton. Total driving time is about 55 minutes.

FROM NEW YORK CITY:
Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) north. At Albany, continue north on I-87 (now called the Northway). Take Exit 20 (Route 149). Go east on Route 149 to Route 4 at Fort Ann. Follow Route 4 to Rutland, Vermont. Take Route 7 north for about 30 miles to Route 125. Turn right and go four miles on Route 125; we're on the left.

FROM BOSTON:
Take I-93 to I-89. Then go northwest through New Hampshire. Once in Vermont, take Exit 3 (Bethel). Follow Route 107 west for about 10 miles. Take Route 100 north for about 12 miles to Hancock, where you will turn left on Route 125. In 12 miles you will come to Ripton. We are on the right. Driving time is about 3 ½ hours.

FROM CONNECTICUT:
Take I-91 north through Massachusetts into Vermont. Pick up I-89 north at White River Junction and take Exit 3 (Bethel). Follow Route 107 west for about 10 miles. Take Route 100 north for about 12 miles to Hancock, where you will turn left on Route 125. In 12 miles you will come to Ripton. We are on the right.

IMPORTANT: Please do not use Google, Map Quest, or GPS Systems for directions as you will experience long delays and will be directed to the smallest and poorest unimproved roads. Use the directions above once you are in Vermont.
